Join Wander Women Midwest and the Des Moines Art Center for a three-part guided hiking series that invites you to experience the same landscape across changing seasons. Centered on connection, reflection, and time outdoors, each hike offers space to notice how the environment—and your relationship to it—shifts over time. Inspired by the Art Center’s Topographies exhibition, the series considers how movement through place shapes memory and meaning, with a simple, optional creative reflection following each walk.

To celebrate Pride Month, join Pie Bird Pies and Wander Women Midwest for a very special Pride Pike! Celebrate the end of Pride Month during this extra special, extra queer Pike extravaganza! We’ll gather at Water Works Park, and then chow down on some delicious treats from Pie Bird Pies and coffee from Current Coffee. All proceeds from registrations will be donated to the Iowa Safe Schools.

Wander Women Midwest is partnering with Chef Katie Porter of Seasonal Palette for a one-night-only supper club-themed group dinner at Pammel State Park Lodge. Expect a beautiful golden hour in the woods followed by a delicious multi-course menu built around classic supper club dishes and fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
Urban Tree ID Hike: Get to Know Your Neighborhood Tree w/ Trees Forever
