Join us for S.A.D. Girl Hikes this winter—where we tackle Seasonal Affective Disorder one chilly step at a time! This series is all about getting outside, embracing the winter chill, and shaking off those winter blues with a community of like-minded friends who get it.
We know winter can feel never-ending, and the couch (or bed!) can seem a little too inviting when the days are shorter, but fresh air and movement are exactly what the doctor (or your therapist) ordered. Together, we’ll hike through the winter woods, sharing some laughs and getting out of the house together. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it light and fun—this isn’t an endurance test, just a chance to boost your mood and connect with some awesome folks who are all here for the same reason.
So bundle up, grab your favorite mittens, and join us for a hike that proves winter can be pretty great when you’re not facing it alone. Let’s reclaim the season, one frosty adventure at a time, and send those S.A.D. vibes packing!
