Wander Women Midwest brings together a community of folks who love being outside and love doing it with heavy splashes of adventure, delight and humor. We were born from the seeds of many adventures—to bring together nature nerds from across the Midwest to get outside, experience the beauty of nature and community, and create amazing experiences for folks who deserve them.
When it comes to outdoor travel, the only thing you should worry about is which breathtaking view to soak in first. That’s where we come in.
Wander Women crafts premium, expertly curated trips for folks who love nature but don’t have the time—or brain space—to plan. From breathtaking hikes to cozy cabin retreats, every detail is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and bask in the great outdoors without breaking a sweat over logistics. And we do it with a come-as-you-are mentality: a little bit feral, a little bit tired, but ready to make some memories.

Both Jenn and Kerri (hi, we’re the owners!) grew up in Iowa and developed our deep love of nature here, despite the perception that it’s hard to find places to enjoy the outdoors in the Midwest.
We are deeply passionate about outdoor adventure, and love building premium adventures for folks in our home state, the Great Lakes region, the beautiful prairie, the north woods and beyond. The Midwest has so much to offer, and we can’t wait for you to see it.
Plus, anyone who’s ever traveled with a Midwesterner knows: we’re endlessly curious, we value nature and everything it gives, and we’re just grateful to be here. So whether you travel with us in the Midwest or beyond, we carry that “ope” spirit along in our packs.
