Personal Trip Consulting

Planning your own adventure but could use a little advice? We’d love to talk through your trip and give you recommendations on anything from logistics to must-see destinations. We offer hourly consulting on individually-planned trips, including specific recommendations for:

• Parks and regions to visit

• Must-see destinations and points of interest along your route

• Suggested activities for groups of any size and age

• Logistical considerations, route planning and travel tips

• Necessary gear and equipment, including personalized packing lists

• Meal planning and our favorite camping recipes

We’re excited to help you plan your dream vacation anywhere in the US and are expert travel researchers. Areas we’re particularly knowledgeable in are listed below. Even if you don’t see the area you’d like to visit on this list, we are familiar with many places and would be happy to talk through your needs and location to see if we are the right fit for you:

• Twin Cities, Northern Minnesota, the Superior Hiking Trail and the North shore of Lake Superior

Adventure Planning Packages

Looking for something a little more comprehensive? Let us plan your trip for you! We’ll put together everything you need to have a beautiful, exciting adventure — all you have to do is go! Adventure planning packages start at $400 — exact quotes are determined by your needs.

Please note: We require a minimum of a 6-week planning period for all Adventure Planning Package services.
