Mid -February got you in a rough way? Get your sunshine on and join us for our S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) Girl Hike! A mental health and winter wellness focused hike, dedicated to combating seasonal depression and fostering mindfulness. Join us as we hike the scenic trails of Kuehn Conservation Area, delving into insightful discussions on effective strategies to uplift your mental well-being during the chilly winter months. Guides, including a licensed therapist, will share practical tips, encouraging you to embrace nature's therapeutic benefits and engage in activities that nourish your mind. Discover the power of connection, self-care, and mindfulness against the backdrop of nature's beauty.

Registration is limited to 25 folks.

Each Wander Women event has an Adventure Rating attached (Beginner, Intermediate or Challenging) to give Wanderers a better idea of the activity level and physical requirements of the event.
