It’s soup season, y’all! Embrace the cooler months with our most popular food-motivated series, Soup Hikes! We’ll kick things off with a scenic hike through the trails of Jester Park. After our trek through the trees, it’s time to warm up with a well-earned soup lunch. Think hearty bowls of seasonal goodness — perfect for fueling those post-hike stories around the table.

Have you ever wanted to learn the art of woodchopping? Looking for an amazing workout while watching other hotties chop? Curious about the types of wood and trees that make for good firewood? Throw on your favorite flannel and get ready to feel like a badass, we’re chopping.

Join us for a beautiful morning at Whiterock Conservancy, one of the our favorite places in Iowa and best places to hike in the whole state! Whiterock is a near-pristine private nature preserve that spans almost 6,000 acres. Then after our hike, we’ll find a cool space to feast as we enjoy a picnic. We’ll soak up the fall sun and enjoy a beautiful November day together.
