Join DNR Naturalist and foraging expert Anne Riordan to discover the flavors of the forest! On this hands-on trip, you’ll learn how to identify key features of edible plants, get familiar with the basics of sustainable harvesting, and prepare the weekend’s meals with wild foods. Flowers, greens, fungi, roots and shoots are all on the menu! Plus, you’ll collect plant materials and berries to use as natural dyes for a custom-dyed t-shirt!
